Budget Campervan - Ideal for Backpackers
Micro campervans are hired by a variety of travelers and holiday makers on all budgets:
- Backpackers rent the camper as it’s cheaper than two bus passes and hostel accommodation.
- Retired couples hire the camper van as backup for when Bed and Breakfasts are full.
- Families enjoy the hire campervan because it has five seatbelts and we hire tents.
The Micro Campervan is easy to drive and quick to setup at night. It features one double bed or two singles, storage space under the bed, detachable curtains and an awning to provide standing room. Two people sleep securely in the Micro with all doors closed and using a mosquito net to provide ventilation.
Micro Campers come with kitchen utensils, a portable gas cooker, water container, mosquito net, hanging light and power connection. Holiday parks in New Zealand provide powered camp sites, allowing you to connect the 240 volt power connection and re-charge any electrical devices.

Insurance (included): Standard excess is$2,000
Our insurance policy is very simple; if you have an accident, you are required to pay a maximum of$2,000. This covers single vehicle or multiple vehicle accidents. Credit or debit card bond is required.
Zero Excess (optional): $17 per day or maximum $350 per hire
